Information and advice about cases
For families many of the processes around SEN can seem overwhelming and confusing. When there are already a number of professionals involved, adding another person for a family to contact can be unmanageable. In line with the 'tell it once' guidance, we provide support to professionals working with families so that families do not have to repeat their story again and again.
If you want specific advice about a particular case you must have the parent or young person's permission to contact us.
We also provide general advice and information about non-specific situations, for example how to fill in appeal forms.
