You can leave a message at any time by calling 01793 466515. The phone will ring twice and then ask you to leave a message. Please include your name and number, as well as your child's details and a brief description of the current situation.

What should I include in my brief description?

To provide you with specific information, advice and support it is helpful to know:

  • Child or young person's name, date of birth and gender
  • Type of special educational need
  • If the child or young person has an EHCP
  • Educational setting

We also need to know what you would like support with. Please look at our what we do page to find out more about the sorts of things we can help with.

What happens next?

When we contact you we will agree what we can help you with and give you relevant advice and information.  You will also be able to ask us any specific questions.

We will usually contact you by email first. If we need to we will also book a time to call you, or arrange a virtual meeting.
